This is the premier celebration of employee experience excellence across the UK, with the objective of giving winners the recognition, learning and networking opportunities they deserve – all in a safe, fair and transparent way.
Why enter the UK Employee Experience Awards?
The UK Employee Experience Awards is the perfect place to share your EX story, learn about the latest industry developments and celebrate your success in style.
You can choose from a total of 21 categories across two groups Leadership & Training, Culture & Technology, which are designed to capture the essence of employee experience across the UK, including categories focussed on health & wellbeing, reward & recognition, diversity & inclusion, CSR, use of digital technologies, flexible working, employee engagement and change management.
These prestigious awards reward the best companies, workplaces, teams and leaders. Each entrant can enter multiple categories, with one or more EX initiatives.

How to enter the UK Employee Experience Awards
STEP 1
Visit the awards website, have a look at their resources for entrants, and choose the categories you want to enter.
STEP 2
Now you’ve chosen your category, you will need to register your entries and set up your account on the dedicated Awards platform.
And if you register by 24th October 2025 you'll get the super early-bird entry rate, or if you register before 15th December 2025 you'll benefit from the early bird rate.
STEP 3
Create and submit your entries by 30 January 2026. This is where we can help!

STEP 4
Find out if you’ve made the shortlist. The shortlist will be announced 12 February 2026. You'll receive a finalist logo to share across your internal and external communications.
STEP 5
Present to the judges live online 19 March 2026. All finalists are required to present for 30 minutes to the judges, 15 minutes presentation plus 15 minutes judges Q&A. This is your time to bring your entry to life.

STEP 6
Attend the ceremony and find out if you’re a winner!
The Awards Ceremony will be held 26 March 2026, and will include a keynote speech from a highly regarded EX thought leader and fantastic entertainment as the all-important winners are revealed.
