The King’s Awards for Enterprise: Applications now being accepted
The King’s Awards for Enterprise are open and accepting entries until the 9th September 2025. Throughout June, we’ve been assessing businesses, running workshops and preparing our clients to enter the only business awards with The King’s royal stamp of approval.
The King's Awards for Enterprise have a stringent eligibility criteria, if you don't meet it you will not be allowed to enter the awards.
Knowing whether you can enter is step one to entering the awards. To help you find out if you are eligible, simply complete our free eligibility form here. We'll review your answers and let you know if you would have a good chance of winning, and the next steps to take.
Recognising the Team and Celebrating Local Businesses
As a global awards agency working with organisations from all over the world, our office is perfectly positioned in the beautiful East Sussex countryside – able to be in London within an hour, on the beach in Brighton within half an hour, and the South Downs National Park on our doorstep. We’re also lucky to be surrounded by fantastic local businesses.
This month we celebrated the birthdays of Content and Communications Manager Shannon Williams, and our Senior Writer, Ben Griss. To celebrate as a team we visited local picturesque pub, the Peacock Inn for a delicious lunch in the sunshine, on previous occasions we’ve had pizza from the 360 Degrees brewery, and sandwiches and cakes from local village cafe The Pantry.
Being in the world of lifting up, recognising and celebrating businesses, we always try to use local where we can. And we’re spoiled for choice here in Sussex!

Supporting our Awards Partners
We also had the pleasure of attending the exclusive House of Commons event hosted by our wonderful partner, the Enterprise Vision Awards. It was a room brimming with over 100+ female founders, leaders, and change-makers. Guest speaker Maxine Laceby, founder of Absolute Collagen, spoke about her business journey and the impact that winning an award has had on her life and legacy. We’re so happy to be partnered with an awards programme highlighting the achievements of women in business and providing the perfect platform for recognition.
We’ve partnered with the Lloyds British Business Excellence Awards year-on-year, they are such a staple in the UK business awards calendar and considered by most, the ones to win. Not just an awards programme, Managing Director Sarah Austin is building a community of impressive businesses and hosting valuable networking events. Kicking off this year's awards programme with a drinks reception on the terrace of the House of Commons to celebrate the entrants of the awards.
Last but not least, we ended the month attending the fabulous Sussex Chamber Business Awards. It was a fantastic evening celebrating the Sussex businesses who are excelling. A huge congratulations to the winners and good luck for the regional finals on their journey to the national awards later in the year.
