It was a real pleasure to speak at the International Women’s Day event held by City Girl Network event at PLATF9RM in Brighton last week.
One of the insights I shared was the need for more women to be recognised for their achievements.
The 80/20 split in favour of men being nominated for awards in general over the last 20 years, just does not reflect the impact women are having on the world with their businesses, innovations and game-changing breakthroughs.
Let's change this narrative and get nominating the brilliant women we know and recognise the impact they are having day in, day out.
