We've made it to September! For lots of people it's back to school time, and back to routine, as we move into the final quarter of the year.

The Institute of Customer Services UK Customer Satisfaction Awards recognise and celebrate the individuals and organisations consistently demonstrating service excellence. They are an opportunity for your organisation to gain recognition, enhance your reputation and celebrate the hard work of your teams.

UK Customer Satisfaction Awards are free to enter and open to all, member finalists receive one free place to the Awards ceremony, non-member finalists receive one free place with purchase of one or more additional places. Free places are limited to one maximum per organisation.

Deadline: 17 October 2025

The UK’s largest corporate sustainability awards scheme has undergone a major revamp for 2026, with a new panel of expert judges and a raft of new categories added, including an all-new AI-focused Award reflecting the increasing use of artificial intelligence to accelerate climate action.

23 edie Awards categories can be entered into, with ESG Strategy of the Year, Staff Engagement & Upskilling Initiative of the Year, and the AI in ESG Award among the new and refreshed categories added for 2026.

The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service

There are more than 150 categories to choose from, including ‘Achievement in Customer Experience‘, ‘Global Sales Team of the Year‘ and ‘Best Customer Feedback Strategy‘.
